Trigger or Glimmer?

Here's a thing on💥 Triggers and 💫Glimmers. They're different ways to understand what is happening in your nervous system as it responds to cues of safety or unsafety in your inner and outer worlds.

A huge part of what I do is support you in better understanding your triggers, normalising this experience and helping you build your resources to respond consciously rather than react knee-jerkily to life's challenges. I also help you build your capacity to respond and bathe in life's glimmers, too.
