Relational psychotherapy in London, Margate & online
I’m Jenni Cawley, a neurodiversity-affirming, attachment-informed psychotherapist practising in London (Kings Cross), in Margate (Kent) and online.
Drawing from over a decade of experience across NHS, charity, and clinical settings, I work with you to explore how your attachment patterns influence your emotional regulation, focus, low mood, and relationship dynamics.
Many people experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, or ADHD which are not solely due to genetic predisposition but also rooted in early relational trauma. The latest neuroscience research confirms that our brain is shaped by early attachment relationships with our primary caregivers, but this developmental context is often overlooked when people receive support for low-mood, self-esteem, focus and self-regulation.
This is the missing piece that I offer. By helping you understanding the developmental roots of your anxiety, depression or neurodivergent identity, we create a pathway towards your emotional resilience, clear focus, kind self-connection and relational healing.
