We all have a Father Story. What’s yours?
Many of us carry unseen wounds from our relationship with our father, wounds that subtly yet powerfully shape who we believe we are, how we show up in relationships and how at peace we feel at home.
It can look like…
Feeling like a stranger to yourself, like there’s a part of you missing, or that nothing you do is ever good enough
Finding it difficult to open up and trust others, losing your voice in relationships or bending over backwards to keep the peace.
Taking on too much, hyper-independence or constantly placing others’ needs and opinions above your own.
How your Father Story plays out will be completely unique to you, but there is one common thread that runs true for everyone:
When you grow up feeling rejected by a father who was absent, critical, self-centred or aggressive, the experience of this relationship will impact the development of your brain, your relationships and your identity.
But it doesn’t have to end there.
As a psychotherapist, I’ve seen how it is possible to reclaim your self-authorship and reframe your Father Story to become a source of inner strength rather than emotional strain.
Which is why I’ve created two private therapeutic programmes that’ll help you transmute past pain into present potential in your relationships and home.

Re:Fathered
A 4-month therapeutic journey to retell, reclaim and rewrite your Father Story so that you can rebalance your relationships and create harmony at home.
Re:Fathered is a 3-phase therapeutic programme that I’ve developed by distilling over a decade of psychotherapy practice (and decades of my own lived experience) to help you heal your Father Wound.
Phase 1. Re:Told
The first stage starts with you revisiting your Father Story so that you deepen your self-understanding and uncover the unconscious connection between your Father Wound and your present difficulties. This is where we join dots, spot patterns and decide on points for healing.
Phase 2. Re:Claim
Now that you know your Father Story on a deeper level, the next phase is editing; releasing the parts that no longer work for you and taking what you need to embolden you. This is where you transmute past pain into present potential in your relationships and home.
Phase 3. Re:Written
In the final phase, you face forward and reimagine your future. Now you can dare to envisage an entirely different path than you could just 6 months ago. This is where you redefine your intentions for your home, your family and your relationships and consciously commit to creating the life you’re now ready for.
Your Father Story rewritten.
Your relationships rebalanced.
Your home in harmony.
